What is Combucha?

Combucha is a fermented effervescent or fizzy tea drink known for its tangy flavor and natural probiotics.

How to tell if it's good?

Good Combucha should smell slightly vinegary, taste balanced, and have a fizzy texture, can have strands, sediments, floaters indicating a live-probiotic beverage. These are completely harmless and can be consumed or discarded.

What are the health benefits of Combucha?

Yes, It contains probiotics and antioxidants in abundance but it should be consumed in moderation.

How much Alcohol does COMBUCHA contain ?

Combucha contains less than 0.5% ABV (whereas a beer generally has about 5% ABV). This is categorised as "trace amounts of alcohol", which means it does not have enough alcohol to cause any noticeable effects, health wise or otherwise.
